Good Afternoon Ernest Cumberland families Afternoon Ernest Cumberland families
We experienced an unscheduled Fire Alarm at approximately 11:50 am. The alarm was the result of one of our pull stations being accidentally triggerd. It's important to note that at no time was there a fire at our school. Our school was immediately evacuated. Staff and students were outside for approximately 40 minutes while the Fire Department worked to reset our alarm system and determined the cause.

The good news in this disruption is that our evacuation procedures worked perfectly and at no time was the safety of our students in question.
